Acrel's ganglion Ac·rel's ganglion (āk'rəlz)
n.

  1. A pseudoganglion on the posterior interosseous nerve on the dorsal aspect of the wrist joint.

  2. A cyst on a tendon of an extensor muscle at the level of the wrist.
