noun Astronomy.
any model of the universe deduced from a homogeneous, isotropic solution of Einstein's field equations without a cosmological constant. Such models form the mathematical basis for many modern cosmologies and provide for expansion or contraction of the universe.
Also called Friedmann universe.

Friedmann model is always a great word to know.
So is meteor. Does it mean:
a celestial body with a mass of gas that is hot enough to produce and sustain nuclear fusion, thus producing luminosity
a transient fiery streak in the sky produced by a meteoroid passing through the earth's atmosphere also called a shooting star or bolide
