Möbius transformation

noun Mathematics.
a map of the complex plane to itself in which a point z is mapped to a point w by w = (az + b)/(cz + d), where a, b, c, and d are complex numbers and adbc does not equal zero.
Also called bilinear transformation, linear fractional transformation.

Möbius transformation is always a great word to know.
So is perfect number. Does it mean:
a variable in a functional relation whose value determines the value or values of other variables, such as x in the relation y = 3x
a positive number that is equal to the sum of all positive integers that are submultiples of it, as 6, which is equal to the sum of 1, 2, and 3
