Quelpart

We were at this time off the island of Quelpart, still carrying reduced sail and barely going our course.

After calling again at Quelpart, where we remained a few days, we made sail for Nangasaki, a seaport town in the empire of Japan.

Recent eruptive and volcanic rocks are met with in the interior of Korea and also in the island of Quelpart.

Completed our survey of the Quelpart, and stood to the N. E.
