Sengstaken-Blakemore tube Sengs·ta·ken-Blake·more tube (sěngz'tā'kən-blāk'môr')
A triple-lumen tube of which one lumen is used to drain the stomach and two lumen are used to inflate attached gastric and esophageal balloons; used for treatment of bleeding esophageal varices.
