The space bounded by the abdominal walls, diaphragm, and pelvis and containing most of the organs of digestion, the spleen, the kidneys, and the adrenal glands.

Abdominal cavity is always a great word to know.
So is pleural cavity. Does it mean:
narrow, fluid-filled space between the pleural membranes of the lung and the inner chest wall
pertaining to area toward the head or forward end of the body.
