Acetylate is always a great word to know.
So is aromatic. Does it mean:
pertaining to an aromatic compound, which contains one or more benzene or equivalent heterocyclic rings: many such compounds have an agreeable odor
the solid product resulting from the distillation of coal in an oven or closed chamber or by imperfect combustion, consisting principally of carbon
