bullous impetigo of the newborn n.
A skin disorder in infants characterized by widely disseminated bullous lesions appearing soon after birth and caused by staphylococcal infection, occasionally complicated by streptococcal infection. Also called impetigo neonatorum, pemphigus gangrenosus.
