bundle branch block   (bŭn'dl)  Pronunciation Key 
A block in electrical conduction within the ventricles of the heart due to interruption of conduction in one of the two main branches of the bundle of His. It is typically not accompanied by symptoms, but can indicate heart disease or damage.
