Calymmatobacterium Ca·lym·ma·to·bac·te·ri·um (kə-lĭm'ə-tō-bāk-tēr'ē-əm)
A genus of nonmotile bacteria containing gram-negative, pleomorphic rods that cause granulomatous lesions in humans, especially in the inguinal region.
