Police said that they believe Thomas was shot in a domestic dispute and that her assailant later carjacked a vehicle in Prince George’s County and led police on a pursuit back into the District.

Two weeks later, according to police, Greene-Parker, Myles and two unknown men carjacked an Infiniti in Silver Spring, police said.
