certified pasteurized milk certified pas·teur·ized milk (pās'chə-rīzd', pās'tə-)
n.
Pasteurized cow's milk having no more than 10,000 bacteria per milliliter prior to pasteurization and no more than 500 bacteria per milliliter following pasteurization, and maintained at 45°F or less prior to delivery.
