Cestan-Chenais syndrome Ces·tan-Che·nais syndrome (sě-stān'shə-nā', sě-stäɴ'-)
n.
A syndrome caused by lesions of the brain stem and resulting in contralateral hemiplegia, hemianesthesia, paralysis of the larynx and soft palate, enophthalmos, miosis, and ptosis.
