chiclero's ulcer chi·cler·o's ulcer (chĭ-klěr'ōz)
A form of cutaneous leishmaniasis found among forest workers in Mexico and Central America that commonly erodes the pinna of the ear over a long course of infection, and transmitted by the bite of a sandfly.
