Chi*log"na*tha\, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ? lip + gna`qos Jaw.] (Zo["o]l.) One of the two principal orders of myriapods. They have numerous segments, each bearing two pairs of small, slender legs, which are attached ventrally, near together.
