circumflex iliac vein n.

  1. A vein that corresponds to the deep circumflex iliac artery and empties near or in a common trunk with the inferior epigastric vein into the external iliac vein; deep circumflex iliac vein.

  2. A vein that corresponds to the superficial circumflex iliac artery and empties usually into the greater saphenous vein; superficial circumflex iliac vein.
