In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce to make the cocktail sauce.
Place a spoonful of the cocktail sauce on the lettuce and some of the prawns.
Peel and break in halves, if large; dice celery and olives with the shrimp, mix well and cover with a cocktail sauce.
Put in an oyster cocktail glass and mix with plenty of cocktail sauce.
Then place it in stemmed glasses and serve with cocktail sauce.
