cutis rhomboidalis nuchae cutis rhom·boi·da·lis nu·chae (rŏm'boi-dā'lĭs nōō'kē, nyōō'-)
A condition in which the skin on the back of the neck becomes leathery and furrowed and appears to have rhomboid configurations, caused by aging or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
