decidua parietalis decidua pa·ri·e·ta·lis (pə-rī'ĭ-tā'lĭs)
The mucous membrane lining the main cavity of the pregnant uterus elsewhere than at the site of attachment of the chorionic vesicle. Also called decidua vera.
