Dirac's constant   (dĭ-rāks')  Pronunciation Key 
A physical constant often used in quantum mechanics in place of Planck's constant, equal to h/ , where h equals Planck's constant. Its symbol is [[[hbar.gif]]]. Also called h-bar.
