dysphoric hypomania dys·phor·ic hypomania (dĭs-fôr'ĭks)
An affective disorder in which an individual who has had a major depressive episode undergoes an episode with some manic symptoms although not so severe or of such duration as to be categorized as manic. Also called bipolar II.
