American inventor and industrialist who invented a dry-plate process of photographic film development, flexible film, a box camera, and a process for color photography.
Eastman, Max Forrester 1883-1969.  
American writer and editor noted for his social and literary criticism. Founder and editor of The Masses (1913-1918) and The Liberator (1919-1922), he wrote Enjoyment of Poetry (1913) and many other books.
