elevator muscle of upper lip and wing of nose n.
A muscle with origin from the root of the nasal process of the maxilla, with insertion to the ala of the nose and the orbicular muscle of the upper lip, with nerve supply from the facial nerve, and whose action elevates the upper lip and the wing of the nose.
