esophagogastrostomy e·soph·a·go·gas·tros·to·my (ĭ-sŏf'ə-gō-gā-strŏs'tə-mē)
Surgical anastomosis of the esophagus to the stomach, usually following esophagogastrectomy. Also called esophagogastroanastomosis.
