faciodigitogenital dysplasia fa·ci·o·dig·i·to·gen·i·tal dysplasia (fā'shē-ō-dĭj'ĭ-tō-jěn'ĭ-tl)
n.
An inherited syndrome characterized by an exaggerated width between the eyes, anteverted nostrils, broad upper lip, saddle-bag scrotum, and lax ligaments resulting in hyperextension of the knee, flat feet, and hyperextensible fingers. Also called Aarskog-Scott syndrome.
