granulocytic leukemia n.
Leukemia characterized by proliferation of myeloid tissue in areas such as bone marrow and the spleen and by the abnormal increase of granulocytes, myelocytes, and myeloblasts in tissues and in blood. Also called myelocytic leukemia, myelogenous leukemia, myeloid leukemia.
