There exists a “severe and unacceptable risk of denial of the right to counsel” in Maine, Heiden said.

“It’s very serious and it’s something we’re still very serious about doing,” Heiden said.

Among others who devoted investigation to this interesting question, may be mentioned Rautenberg and Heiden.

Heiden's experiments would seem to indicate, however, that it is also partly of a physical nature.
