hydrocalycosis hy·dro·cal·y·co·sis (hī'drō-kāl'ĭ-kō'sĭs)
n.
A rare symptomless anomaly of the renal calix in which it is dilated as a result of an obstruction of the infundibulum; it may result in infection.
