ileocolitis ulcerosa chronica ileocolitis ul·cer·o·sa chron·i·ca (ŭl'sə-rō'sə krŏn'ĭ-kə)
A chronic form of ileocolitis characterized by mild intermittent fever, anorexia, anemia, slight diarrhea, dull pain in the iliac region, and rapid pulse.
