incontinentia pigmenti achromiens incontinentia pigmenti a·chro·mi·ens (ə-krō'mē-əns)
An inherited skin disorder characterized by the appearance of macules with less than normal pigmentation in a swirling or marble pattern, and associated with other abnormalities of the nerves, eyes, muscles, and bones. Also called hypomelanosis of Ito.
