a will inconsistent with the moral duty and natural affection of the testator, especially one denying the legitimate heirs the portions of the estate to which they are legally entitled.

Inofficious will is always a great word to know.
So is intent. Does it mean:
the state of a person's mind that directs his or her actions toward a specific object
a method of dealing with offenders guilty of minor crimes or first offenses, by allowing them to go at large under supervision of a probation officer
