noun, plural insulinomas, insulinomata [in-suh-luh-noh-muh-tuh, ins-yuh-] . Pathology.
a benign tumor of the insulin-secreting cells of the pancreas that may produce signs of hypoglycemia.
Also, insuloma [in-suh-loh-muh, ins-yuh-] .
Also called islet cell adenoma.
