isosthenuria i·sos·the·nu·ri·a (ī-sŏs'thə-nur'ē-ə, ī'sō-sthě-)
A condition in chronic renal disease in which the kidneys cannot form urine with a higher or a lower specific gravity than that of protein-free plasma.
