jaw-winking syndrome n.
An increase in the width of the eyelids that occurs during chewing, sometimes accompanied by a rhythmic raising of the upper lid when the mouth is open and its subsequent drooping when the mouth is closed. Also called Marcus Gunn phenomenon.
