Klumpke's paralysis Klump·ke's paralysis (klŭmp'kēz)
Brachial plexus injury often caused by trauma at birth and resulting in atrophic paralysis of the forearm and small muscles of the hand. Also called Klumpke-Déjérine syndrome.
