Korotkoff's test Ko·rot·koff's test (kə-rŏt'kôfs, kô-)
A test of collateral circulation in cases of aneurysm, in which the artery is compressed above the aneurysm; if blood pressure in the distal circulation is fairly high, the collateral circulation is good.
