Llandaff

Now, a king or chief would hardly be likely to transfer to the church of Llandaff a free trev and the gwestva paid therefrom.

It thus happens to contain (inter alia) two short records of grants to the church of St. Teilo (or Llandaff).

The old records go far to acclaim Llandaff as both venerable and ancient.

As a village, Llandaff is now hardly aught except a flourishing suburb of Cardiff.

The Gwrach y Rhibyn recently appeared, according to an account given me by a person who claimed to have seen it, at Llandaff.
