Lutembacher's syndrome Lu·tem·bach·er's syndrome (lōō'təm-bāk'ərz, -bä'kərz)
A congenital cardiac abnormality consisting of mitral stenosis, an enlarged right atrium, and a defect of the interatrial septum of the heart.
