microspherocytosis mi·cro·sphe·ro·cy·to·sis (mī'krō-sfēr'ō-sī-tō'sĭs, -sfěr'-)
A blood condition seen in hemolytic jaundice in which small spherocytes predominate and red blood cells are smaller and more globular than normal.
