Mikulicz disease Mi·ku·licz disease (mĭk'ə-lĭch', mē'k&oomacr;-) n. Benign swelling of the lacrimal glands and usually also of the salivary glands as a result of infiltration and replacement of the normal gland structure by lymphoid tissue.
