John Bromley (b 1924), American biologist. Moloney devoted his career to research atthe National Cancer Institute. He studied the biological and biochemical properties of tumor viruses. He gave particular attention to the leukemia agents: a murine sarcoma virus (the Moloney virus) andthe Rous sarcoma virus.
