myoclonus multiplex myoclonus mul·ti·plex (mŭl'tə-plěks')
A disorder characterized by rapid contractions occurring simultaneously or consecutively in various unrelated muscles. Also called Friedreich's disease, paramyoclonus, polyclonia, polymyoclonus.
