National Clearing Corporation (NCC)

A subsidiary of the National Association of Securities Dealers through which transactions in the over-the-counter market are compared by broker-dealers. The National Clearing Corporation is similar in concept to the Securities Industry Automation Corporation, which is used for comparisons of exchange transactions.
