necrobiosis lipoidica necrobiosis li·poi·di·ca (lĭ-poi'dĭ-kə)
A condition, occasionally associated with diabetes, in which shiny atrophic lesions develop on the legs. Also called necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum.
