Nu`di*bran`chi*a"ta\, n. pl. [NL. See Nude, and Branchia.] (Zo["o]l.) A division of opisthobranchiate mollusks, having no shell except while very young. The gills are naked and situated upon the back or sides. See Ceratobranchia.
