One-man show is always a great word to know.
So is quincunx. Does it mean:
a gadget; dingus; thingumbob.
an arrangement of five objects, as trees, in a square or rectangle, one at each corner and one in the middle.

A person who does or manages just about everything, as in This department is a one-man showthe chairman runs it all, or John conducts the interviews, writes the articles, solicits ads, deals with the printerhe's a one-man band.
