onychoosteodysplasia on·y·cho·os·te·o·dys·pla·sia (ŏn'ĭ-kō-ŏs'tē-ō-dĭs-plā'zhə, -zhē-ə)
A hereditary skeletal disorder characterized by defects in the nails, hypoplasia of the patella and iliac horns, and renal abnormalities. Also called nail-patella syndrome.
