Op`o*bal"sam\, Opobalsamum \Op`o*bal"sa*mum\, n. [L. opobalsamum, Gr. ?; ? vegetable juice + ? balsam.] (Med.) The old name of the aromatic resinous juice of the Balsamodendron opobalsamum, now commonly called balm of Gilead. See under Balm.
