osteopoikilosis os·te·o·poi·ki·lo·sis (ŏs'tē-ō-poi'kə-lō'sĭs)
An inherited condition characterized by bones that are mottled because of widespread small foci of compact bone in the spongy bone. Also called osteopathia condensans.
