pancreatoduodenectomy pan·cre·a·to·du·o·de·nec·to·my (pāng'krē-ə-tō-dōō'ō-dn-ěk'tə-mē, -dyōō'-, -dōō-ŏd'n-ěk'-, -dyōō-, pān'-)
Excision of all or part of the pancreas together with the duodenum. Also called Whipple's operation.
